2026 GRASS CUTTING SCHEDULE
Community Notice: Plantation Plaza Redevelopment MeetingDear Neighbors, We would like to share information about a proposed redevelopment involving the Plantation Marketplace plaza. Current plans under consideration include the removal of the existing shopping plaza and the construction of over 700 residential apartment units, which would require a rezoning approval. A City of Plantation planning & zoning meeting to discuss this proposal on Tuesday 6/2/2026 @ 6pm This meeting will serve as a public forum for discussion regarding the proposed zoning changes. While this project does not directly impact the Patios in the Park community, it may have broader implications for the surrounding area and city infrastructure. Residents who are interested in learning more or sharing their perspectives are welcome to attend the meeting. Additional information is available at the city link below, and comments may also be directed to the City Clerk via email. 2026 ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING | |
Hello and Welcome from the President of Patios Homeowners Association
We are a small, well-maintained community of 106 homes built in the mid 1980's. Our neighborhood is bordered by Cypress Road on the south, 65th Avenue to the east, 5th Street to the north, and 68th Avenue to the west. Amenities include a common area with a swimming pool and tennis courts as well as a small green space known as the "Tot Lot". Between our convenient location and the efforts made by our residents to keep their homes looking good, properties in our neighborhood remain in high demand. Still, Patios in the Park remains a self-managed community with reasonably low fees. Our residents and neighbors are friendly and helpful. I encourage you to say hello and get involved.
All the best, John Feldman, President
Patios Homeowners Association
